Overview
ReviewMyCalendar (“the App”) helps you export calendar events to CSV or ICS for review and analysis. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.
Data the App accesses
With your permission, the App accesses calendar events stored on your device (via Android Calendar access). Depending on your calendar data, this may include:
- Event title
- Start and end time (including time zone where applicable)
- All-day indicator
- Calendar name
- Location (if present)
- Notes/description (if present)
The App does not require an account or login.
How the App uses data
The App uses your calendar data only to generate the export file you request (CSV or ICS) on your device, for the selected calendars and date range.
Data sharing and transfers
- The App does not upload your calendar data to our servers.
- The App does not sell your calendar data.
- The App does not share your calendar data with third parties.
If you choose to share an exported file using Android’s share sheet (email, cloud drive, messaging apps, etc.), the file will be handled by the service you select and their privacy policy will apply.
Data storage and deletion
Exported files are created only when you tap export. They are saved only to the destination you choose (e.g., Downloads, Files, Drive). You can delete exported files at any time using your device’s file manager.
Permissions
The App requests the following permission:
- Calendar — to read calendar events for exporting.
If you deny Calendar permission, export features may not function.
In-app purchase
The App may offer a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited exports and additional export fields. Payment is processed by Google Play. The App does not receive your full payment card details.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
